Today, on April 10, the pre-Easter exhibition-sale from the Center of nutrition was held at the Belarusian National Technical University. Everyone could purchase ready-made dishes for the festive Easter table, as well as treat themselves to fresh pastries right between the pairs.
The sale was organized at four university locations to make purchases as convenient as possible for students and university staff:
kiosk of the main building (65 Nezavisimosti Avenue);
buffet of the sports complex (65 Nezavisimosti Avenue);
kiosk of the 11th educational building "Kafedra" (9/1 B. Khmelnitskogo Street);
cooking shop of the canteen No. 2 (18 Yakuba Kolas Street).
"Today, during the festive trade, Easter cakes are in particular demand. Visitors also buy liver cakes, jellies and roulades, various salads and stuffed eggs more often. Pizza, sausage in dough, envelopes, various puff pastries and buns remain the most popular dishes among students," said Irina Najafova, an employee of the Food Center.
The range of dishes delighted every visitor. Here you could buy traditional Easter cakes with colorful sprinkles and various fillings, loaves with poppy seeds and raisins, as well as homemade dishes and fragrant pastries. The atmosphere of the pre-holiday day was felt in every point of sale — bright treats were displayed on the windows, and the fresh pastries had that very homey aroma.
— The assortment is very diverse, there is enough of everything: different snacks, sweets, new desserts, Easter cakes. Everything is very tasty, fresh, and varied. As a sweet tooth, I liked the sweet Easter cakes the most," said Victoria Kolesnikovich, a student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
