On Thursday, February 12, 2026, RUE "Belstroycenter" jointly with the Association of Surveying Organizations and Geological Engineers held a seminar "Current Issues of Organization and Management of Materials of Surveying Works in the Republic of Belarus". Among others, the event was attended by representatives of the branch of the Belarusian National Technical University "Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel in Management and Personnel Development" (MIAT and PD of the BNTU).
For reference: the procedure for organizing and maintaining a fund of materials for survey work at the national level is regulated by the regulation Ministry of Construction and Architecture No. 71 dated June 9, 2025, adopted pursuant to the Code on Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities (paragraphs 1.13 and 1.21, paragraph 1, art. 22).
Oksana Rusak, Head of the Department for Managing the Fund of Surveying Materials at the Minsk City Center for Engineering Services, provided detailed information about the organization and management of the national-level surveying materials fund in the field of engineering and geodetic surveys. Anton Sirotko, Head of the Service for Managing the Fund of Surveying Materials at Geoservice State Enterprise, explained the procedures for registering surveying works, issuing initial materials, and accepting materials into the fund. Tatiana Tronda, a lecturer at the Minsk Institute of Professional Development and Continuing Education of the Belarusian National Technical University, introduced the participants to the current and upcoming technical regulations for engineering surveys and the design of foundations and bases.
Leonid Bogush, a senior lecturer at the Department of Construction and Operation of Buildings and Structures at the Minsk Institute of Professional Development and Continuing Education of the Belarusian National Technical University, and a member of the Technical Committee 02 on Foundations and Engineering Surveys, discussed with the seminar participants the current issues of meeting the requirements of technical regulations for engineering surveys and geological exploration, as well as professional development in the field of engineering surveys for construction in the Republic of Belarus.
At the end of the seminar, Leonid Bogush, who also acted as the seminar moderator, noted that such events help to organize a constructive dialogue in order to develop joint solutions to problematic issues, and invited the seminar participants to one-day training courses at the MIPM and PC of BNTU.
