The National Bank's talent pool completed an intensive course on tough communications at IIASRP BNTU

Branch of BNTU "Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Personnel in Management and Development of Personnel" (IIASRP BNTU) held a specialized training course, "Effective Negotiations", for representatives of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus's talent pool.

The event brought together participants from various divisions of the National Bank seeking to improve their negotiation skills in high-pressure situations. During the course, leading business coach Alexander Samoilov shared practical methods and strategies to help solve complex problems and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

The participants actively participated in role-playing games and simulations, which allowed them not only to theoretically master effective communication techniques but also to apply them in practice. The trainer emphasized the importance of finding common ground, even in the most challenging situations, which is a key skill for successful work in the financial sector.

The participants expressed gratitude to the organizers and the trainer for the opportunity to develop their negotiation skills and confidence.

IIASRP BNTU continues to actively support educational initiatives and strives to develop a highly qualified talent pool for key institutions in the country.
