I always have high hopes for your organization; you have never let me down. And for this, a huge thank you to the Belarusian National Technical University NGO."
The conference agenda included a report on the work of the BNTU NGO "BNTU" NGO and the election of the chairperson, deputy chairperson, and secretary of the primary organization. Irina Gud, Head of the Center for Ideological Work and Youth Affairs, presented a report on the work of the primary organization. She noted that the organization's membership has grown by 60% over the past two years (currently, it has 257 members), and its members are actively involved in the cultural and social life of the university, Minsk, and the entire country. Representatives of the Belarusian National Technical University's (BNTU) Public Organization "BSW" organize and participate in charity, environmental, and patriotic events and forums, exhibitions, excursions, master classes, conferences, community service days, meetings with veterans, competitions, and many other activities. In the future, Irina Gud emphasized, the activities of the "BSW" at BNTU will only expand.
The next issue was the election of the primary organization's leadership. Following the voting results, Ksenia Yakushenko, Vice-Rector for Research, was elected Chair of the Belarusian National Technical University Women's Union (BNTU) Public Organization "BSW." Irina Gud, Head of the Center for Ideological Work and Youth Affairs, was elected Deputy Chair, and Oksana Smolskaya, Head of the Department for Ideological and Educational Work at the Center for Ideological Work and Youth Affairs, was elected Secretary.
Sergey Kharitonchik congratulated the women on their election to their new positions:
"I am sincerely pleased that Ksenia Valentinovna was elected Chair of the organization because she is an active person and has already proven her ability to organize events, organize teams, and participate in these activities at the highest level. I sincerely support the work of our Women's Union because I understand that you are a tremendous stabilizing force not only for our university but also for our country. You bring such clear notes of calm, planning, and rhythmic work. Keep up your work." We need to attract more young people to the union because they become part of a larger team and see how to build their lives, who to emulate. Life today is hectic and vibrant. And, of course, good examples will be seen and remembered, and these values will be further promoted. In the Year of the Belarusian Woman, all events organized by the union must be of high quality. The members elected today are people who can do anything. And with your help, events we haven't seen before will take place, which will add vibrant colors to the life of our university. We wish you good, productive work, and keep up the good work!
We also congratulate Ksenia Valentinovna, Irina Mikhailovna, and Oksana Alexandrovna on their election, and wish them productive work and new, bold projects!
