ICF students at the Minsk Tractor Plant

Студенты ФМС на Минском тракторном заводе

21.10.2025 ICF students visited the Minsk Tractor Plant.

The students saw the real working conditions of the foundry, and they were also inspired by the history of the company, which has been a flagship of the Belarusian industry for decades. They were particularly interested in the modern models of tractors equipped with intelligent control systems. The students actively asked questions, took photos of the production areas, and shared their impressions.

During the tour, the students were able to immerse themselves in the production processes, which included the stages of equipment assembly, allowing everyone present to appreciate the complexity of working at the factory. Many students expressed their surprise at the scale of production and the level of automation. The tour helped them gain a better understanding of how the theory they had learned in the classrooms of BNTU was being applied in real-life situations.

For foreign students, this was not just an introduction to the production process, but also an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Belarus' culture and technological heritage.
