The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus has summed up the results of the competition of research works of doctoral students, postgraduates, applicants and students for their implementation at the expense of the republican budget, provided by the Ministry for the allocation of grants, for 2025. The competition works were reviewed by expert councils in 12 scientific areas, including mechanical engineering, ecology, laser systems, energy-efficient technologies, etc.
The competition winners included 26 representatives of the Belarusian National Technical University:
- Doctoral student Konstantin Gorbachenya (topic - "Microchip laser with longitudinal diode pumping, emitting in the spectral region of 1.5-1.6 μm");
- Doctoral student Sergei Pavlyukovets (topic - "Control and orientation algorithms of a mobile four-wheeled robot during navigation in a complex dynamic environment with trajectory safety");
- Doctoral student Irina Ustinovich (topic - "Scientific and industrial integration: development of theory and methodology in the context of global and national development vectors";
- Postgraduate student Pavel Kapsky (topic - "Comprehensive study of the digital transformation of modern transport and logistics activities of the Republic of Belarus");
- Postgraduate student Andrey Lazarchuk (subject: "Femtosecond Yb:GYSO laser in mode locking mode based on Kerr nonlinearity");
- Postgraduate student Vladislav Leshok (subject: "Study of kinetic features of structure formation of thermal diffusion layers based on metalloids under conditions of external activating effects on steels to improve the competitiveness of engineering products");
- Postgraduate student Pavel Myshkevich (subject: "Establishing physicochemical and structural features of the formation of zinc-aluminum thermal diffusion layers of increased corrosion resistance on structural steels");
- Postgraduate student Andrey Rudnitsky (subject: "Study of operational characteristics of wear-resistant coatings from powder self-fluxing materials obtained by the method of gas-thermal spraying followed by reflow with high-frequency current in the quenching mode from the liquid state");
- student Sergei Shpadaruk (topic: “Development of functional coating compositions and technological recommendations for their formation on the surface of metal and non-metal products”);
- students Ilona Zmachinskaya, Ivan Matyukov, Arseniy Stasenko, Yulia Monzhos (topic - "Study of regulated thermal diffusion effect on the surface of metal alloys based on Ti, Co, Mg to ensure the functional safety of products operating in conditions of biocorrosion");
- students Dmitry Romanyuk, Maria Natalevich, Alexandra Falchenko (topic - "The mechanism for developing and implementing the strategy for the development of the Belarusian energy system in the context of the formation of a unified energy market");
- students Ksenia Skoraya, Alexey Manulik, Maria Deshkovets (topic - "Ensuring the economic security of an enterprise as a factor in the development of social and functional technologies");
- students Olga Stepanova, Konstantin Kashuba, Dmitry Yakovets (topic - "Development of computer techniques for modeling the characteristics of materials based on aluminosilicate powders and basalt fibers with a bimodal porous structure");
- students Anna Tarasyuk, Margarita Silvanovich, Alina Melnikova, Margarita Pilkovskaya (topic - "Development of a mechanism for the introduction of digital technologies in the electric power complex of the Republic of Belarus").
