On February 19, 2024, in the BNTU hostel No. 15, a meeting of students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering took place with the candidate for deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus in the Partisan electoral district No. 110 Gigin Vadim Frantsevich.
Vadim Frantsevich presented the main directions of his election campaign and gave answers to students’ questions.
For reference: Vadim Frantsevich Gigin was born on October 21, 1977, has a higher education, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor, general director of the state institution «National Library of Belarus», awarded the Francis Skaryna medal, medal «For Labor Merit», member of the Belarusian party «White Rus».
Students were able to ask questions that interested them. One of these questions was about the possibility of creating a small business in the Republic of Belarus, to which Vadim Frantsevich replied that this is possible, but it is necessary to strictly adhere to the sequence of actions regulated by the state, and after creating one, pay taxes regularly and on time. The students emphasized a lot of new and useful information about the elite company, and more.
For reference: The 2024 election campaign will be the largest in the history of independent Belarus. Today, on a single voting day – February 25 – deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly and local Councils of Deputies will be elected. The next step is to determine the composition of the Council of the Republic on April 4. In addition, the results of the elections of delegates to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly will be announced by April 18.
