Grants from the President of the Republic of Belarus were awarded to 58 employees of organizations in the fields of science, education, healthcare, culture and youth policy. The head of the department of cultural affairs of BNTU, Natalia Andreevna Penyaz, was awarded a grant in the field of youth policy for the development of the interuniversity student film competition “VideoRadius BNTU”.
For reference: the interuniversity student film competition “VideoRadius BNTU” was first held in 2006. The project is aimed at identifying and supporting talented youth in the field of film creativity and the implementation of innovative and original ideas. Master classes in cinematography, screenwriting, editing, and film production are organized for young student directors to improve their skills and raise the level of contest works.

Every year the competition brings together creative teams and individual authors from various institutions of higher education in Belarus. Thanks to “VideoRadius”, student films become available to a wide audience, and there is an opportunity for young filmmakers and their teams to implement their ideas and convey them to the audience. All this is reflected in the films submitted to the contest.

We congratulate Natalia Andreevna on the award of the grant and thank her for her tireless work in developing the creative space of the Belarusian National Technical University!
