Today, on September 27, negotiations with representatives of the University of Abuja took place at the Scientific and Technological Park of BNTU "Polytechnic". Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Aisha Sani Maikudi, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Professor Тkechukwu Chibueze Ogwueleka and Deputy Secretary, Professor Islamiyat Foyeke Abdulrahim arrived at the Belarusian National Technical University to discuss promising areas of cooperation.
For reference: University of Abuja is a higher education institution in Nigeria. The university was established in 1988.The university provides training in engineering, environmental, medical, economic, agricultural and other profiles.

First of all, the guests were introduced to the scientific research and the developments of the technopark. Maxim Zhurkevich, Manager for Support of Innovative Entrepreneurship, also showed the guests products that are used in medicine.


Then representatives of the Nigerian University met with the leadership of BNTU.
The negotiations were attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Yuri Nikolaichik, Dean of the Faculty of International Cooperation Pavel Shirvel, Dean of Faculty of Marketing,Management and Entrepreneurship Alexei Danilchenko, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Pedagogical Alexei Drobysh.


During the meeting the parties agreed to organize staff exchange, joint educational programs for bachelor's degree and advanced higher education, internships for African students in BNTU.
The delegation were particularly interested in the fact that students of the University of Abuja can take an internship program in English language and Russian language.

At the end of the negotiations the parties signed an agreement on cooperation, exchanged souvenirs and took photos for memory.
