Yesterday, January 13th 2023, there was a meeting at the Scientific and Technological Park of BNTU "Polytechnic". The meeting was held by the delegation of the National Directorate of Employment of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The purpose of the visit was to discuss issues of cooperation between the Belarusian National Technical University and higher education institutions in Nigeria.
The delegation included: general Director of the National Directorate for Employment Abubakar Nuhu Fikpo, his Special Adviser Smila Burma Maman and Managing Director of the company “Enhanced-Entrepreneurs Belarus Nigeria Company Limited” Charles Terfa Adzo.
BNTU was presented by: Vice-Rector for Academic Activity Yuri Aleksandrovich Nikolaichuk, Dean of the Faculty of International Cooperation Pavel Ivanovich Shirvel, Director of the Branch of BNTU «Minsk State Polytechnic College» Sergey Anatolyevich Kvasyuk, Director of the Branch of BNTU “Minsk State Mechanical-Engineering College” Yulia Aleksandrovna Kursunovich, Director of the Branch of BNTU “ Minsk state College of Architecture and Civil Engineering” Nadezhda Stanislavovna Demyanovich, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Robotics Andrey Mikhailovich Avsievich.
The meeting began with a traditional visiting exhibition at the Scientific and Technological Park of the BNTU "Polytechnic", where the guests were acquainted with the development and the activities of Technopark.
The creation of joint educational programs, individualization of education programs and cooperation among the colleges took place during further negotiations.
At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged good wishes, expressed hope for fruitful cooperation.
