The purpose of the legal department is the legal support of the activities of the BNTU.

The main tasks of the legal department are:

• Ensuring compliance with the legislation of local legal acts published in the BNTU, as well as the development of local legal acts of the BNTU and other administrative documents in the areas of activity of the BNTU;
• Conducting claims and lawsuits, protecting the property rights and legitimate interests of the BNTU, representing the interests of the BNTU in courts and other state bodies (organizations);
• Consideration of appeals of citizens and legal entities entering the BNTU;
• Legal advice to BNTU officials in the main areas of its activities.
