20-27 октября в г. Замость (Польша) прошел чемпионат Европы по тяжелой атлетике среди юниоров, юниорок и молодежи до 23 лет.

Студент 4 курса СТФ мастер спорта международного класса Евгений Тихонцов в весовой категории до 94 кг трижды завоевал золото:

1 место в двоеборье - 385 кг

1 место - Рывок – 178 кг

1 место - Толчок – 207 кг
