BNTU continues recruiting future officers for the Military Technical Forces

Набор на военно-технический факультет продолжается

From July 12th to 19th, BNTU is accepting applications for budget-funded programs in the Military-Technical Faculty as part of the 2026 admissions campaign.

As faculty staff note, the Military-Technical Faculty trains specialists unmatched by any other structure for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. Future officers trained at the Military-Technical Faculty work in the Ministry of Defense, the State Border Committee, and the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The faculty has created all the necessary conditions for high-quality and modern training for cadets. For example, in September 2025, a classroom (laboratory) for training in unmanned aerial vehicle operation began operating at the faculty. Students and cadets learn to operate unmanned aerial vehicles, enabling them to acquire in-demand practical skills.

Furthermore, the Military-Technical Faculty cadets learn to operate military equipment using state-of-the-art simulators. This gives them the opportunity to practice tactical maneuvers and carry out virtual combat missions. Simulator training allows for the simulation of emergency situations and challenging conditions that future officers may encounter in real-life situations.

Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who have completed a general secondary education, a vocational education with a general secondary education, or a specialized secondary education, confirmed by a relevant educational document, are admitted to the Military Technical Faculty on a competitive basis.

Upon arrival at the university, applicants personally submit the following documents to the Admissions Committee:

An application addressed to the university rector, using the form in accordance with Appendix 1 of the Regulation on the Admissions Committee of Higher Education Institutions, approved by Resolution No. 23 of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus dated March 23, 2006, indicating in the "Additional Information" section the branch (Armed Forces, Internal Troops, or State Border Committee) for which the applicant wishes to study;
Identity document;
The original secondary school certificate or the original vocational education diploma and its appendix, or the original vocational secondary education diploma and its appendix, or the original secondary school certificate and the original vocational education diploma and its appendix (for individuals who received vocational education based on their general secondary education);

Truly responsible and courageous students apply to the faculty.

"I studied at the Gomel Cadet School, and I've always been drawn to the military. There are no career military personnel in my family—my parents simply supported my choice, for which I am very grateful." For me, this is a conscious decision: the discipline and order instilled in me back in college will only be reinforced here. I'm applying to become a driver. It will be challenging to integrate into the new strict daily routine and master a large amount of technical theory, but my body will adapt quickly," shared applicant Eric.

Applications for the Military Technical Faculty's specialties will be accepted until July 19 (Admissions Office hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). We welcome all motivated, strong, and courageous students who are ready to join the ranks of the Military Technical Faculty cadets!
