"Not just a profession, but a philosophy of creation." Graduates of the BNTU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering received their diplomas.

«Не просто профессия, а философия созидания». Выпускникам МСФ торжественно вручили дипломы

Today, on July 1, the Belarusian National Technical University hosted a solemn ceremony honoring graduates of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. On this day, 234 young professionals received their university degrees and took their first step into professional life.

Those who took the stage today have majors in mechanical engineering technology, engineering economics, mechatronics and artificial intelligence, and technological equipment. Their student journey lasted from four to six years, but each of them went through it to the end.

The Dean of the faculty, Anastasia Arabey, addressed the graduates with a welcoming speech and congratulated them on such an important event. She recalled that mechanical engineering is not just a profession, but a philosophy of creation.:

– Graduates, this is a start for you, and a reason for us to be proud. We didn't just teach you how to draw and calculate voltages, we taught you engineering culture. Remember that mechanical engineering is not just a profession, it is a philosophy of creation. You are the ones who will make the mechanisms move, put your soul into metal, and implement ideas into real objects. The plane won't fly without you, the ship won't sail, the car won't go. I wish you the accuracy of calculations in life, a margin of strength in character, and that every morning you wake up with pleasure and start doing what you love. Happy holidays, dear engineers! In a good way!

Some students have kept the bar high all along the way, confirming their knowledge at exams, conferences and Olympiads. Diplomas with honors were awarded to Ekaterina Beleychik, Artyom Bystrimovich, Ivan Bychkovsky, Maria Gorenkova, Elizaveta Mishkova, Daniil Khainovsky, Anna Yasyukevich, Stanislav Prokopovich and Milana Stegantseva.

In addition, students who have made a significant contribution to the social and cultural life of the faculty were honored at the ceremony. Thanks were given to MSF activists, including research activists, organizers of student events, and volunteers. Awards were also presented to athletes who had repeatedly glorified BNTU at national and international competitions, as well as to those who were actively involved in the popularization of engineering education and the development of technical creativity.

The heads of departments of the faculty also addressed the graduates with parting words. Each of them wished the young specialists success in their profession and loyalty to engineering.

Behind us are the years of study, exams, course projects and the first discoveries. Adulthood and the realization of the wildest ideas are ahead. BNTU wishes graduates of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering new professional victories and worthy application of the acquired knowledge!
