From 26 to 29 May 2026, Minsk‑Arena’s speed skating stadium (111A Pobediteley Ave., Minsk) is hosting the 31st International ICT Forum TIBO – one of Belarus’s most popular annual exhibition events.
TIBO is the country’s largest ICT gathering, offering a unique platform for showcasing innovative solutions and technologies. It also serves as a key meeting point for digital industry professionals, fostering networking and experience‑sharing.
This year’s official opening ceremony brought together representatives from government, business, academia, and industry associations from both Belarus and Russia. Invited speakers included Vladimir Davidovich (Director, Minsk City Technopark LLC), Yuri Predko (CEO, Horizon Holding), Armen Safaryan (Chairman, Russian Association of Electric Charging Station Manufacturers and Operators), Alexei Sventitsky (CEO, Association of High Technologies and Digital Infrastructure), Dmitri Kovalenok (CEO, Beltamozhservis RUE), Sergei Khudoyeshko (Chairman, Electric Transport Development Association BETA), Alexander Shvets (Chairman, Republican Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Belarusian Scientific and Industrial Association), Alexander Shumilin (Academician‑Secretary, Department of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus), and Grigory Bondarev (Director, Tekhnika i Kommunikatsii Exhibition Company).

More than 70 companies and organizations are presenting their projects at the expo, including leading players from the Belarusian and Russian IT markets. The central theme of the 2026 forum is artificial intelligence as a driver of technological development. The extensive business programme features roundtables, seminars, and presentations by participating companies. Experts are tackling key contemporary trends, including telecoms regulation, intellectual property, data centers, big data, and autonomous vehicles. The agenda also covers digital transformation across core economic sectors: industry, agriculture, construction, transport & logistics, trade, and education.
The Belarusian Ministry of Education is a regular participant, and the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) is organizing a collective exhibition of institutions under the Ministry’s umbrella. Around 30 innovative developments from universities, university technoparks, and their residents are on display, featuring: Belarusian State University, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Belarusian National Technical University (including the Science & Technology Park of BNTU “Polytechnic” and its resident – Technology & Medicine 2030, LLC), Belarusian‑Russian University, Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, Gomel State Technical University named after P.O. Sukhoi, Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne of Polotsk, Republican Institute of Vocational Education. Visitors can see first‑hand how Belarus’s innovation policies are creating conditions for applying scientific achievements across different economic sectors.
