Yesterday, January 19, 2026, the Belarusian National Technical University welcomed representatives from Nanjing University and Sinomach Digital Co., Ltd.
For reference: Nanjing University is one of the oldest and most prestigious institutions of higher education in China. The institution was established on the basis of the Sanjiang Normal School, founded in 1902. Nanjing University is part of China's nine elite universities, known as the 'C9 League'.
The delegation included Li Wei, CEO of CDO Sinomach Digital Co., Ltd; Lu Dekui, Deputy Head of the Department of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Deputy Director of the Artificial Intelligence Institute (Research Center) at Sinomach Digital Co., Ltd; Qu Xiaolai, Deputy Director of the Elite Engineer Training Institute at Nanjing University; Zhao Zhao, Backend Development Engineer at Sinomach Digital Co., Ltd; Vladimir Podkopaev, Head of Investor Attraction and Service at SINOMACHBEL LLC; and Alexander Shimanovich, Commercial Manager and Translator at SINOMACHBEL LLC.
As part of the delegation's visit, negotiations were held with representatives of BNTU. From the Belarusian university, the attendees included Deputy Rector for Academic Affairs Yuri Nikolaychik, Dean of the Faculty of International Cooperation Pavel Shirvel, and Leading Specialist of the Department of International Programs, Exchanges, and Protocol of the Faculty of International Cooperation Natalia Kachan.
The parties discussed issues related to the development of joint educational programs, the implementation of academic and staff exchanges, and joint scientific research activities. At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed confidence in the prospects for further cooperation and their readiness to actively interact with each other.
The visit of representatives from Nanjing University and Sinomach Digital Co., Ltd. proved to be an excellent opportunity to expand cooperation between Belarus and China in the educational and scientific fields.
