Republican University Graduates' Holiday: polytechnic students are on the spot!

Республиканский праздник выпускников вузов: политеховцы на месте!

On Friday, June 20, 2025, a Republican celebration of graduates of higher educational institutions called "The Best Graduation" took place in Minsk. This year, more than 3,000 graduates from different parts of Belarus participated in the event.

The Belarusian National Technical University was represented by outstanding graduates who achieved success in science, sports, culture and student life.

Anastasia Halimon, a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy, was one of the representatives of the Polytechnic University at the celebration.

– If I try to answer in one word, it’s incredible! A real celebration that I would like to wish every graduate to see. The festive atmosphere and the spirit of unity filled each of us. Popular tracks, our favorite and native artists – everything made this evening bright and unforgettable. We are very grateful to the President for organizing the holiday and for such a pleasant tradition in our country. We were a little worried about the weather, but the graduates spread the clouds with their hands and their smiles! The scarlet sails add even more fabulousness to the evening, and a few minutes of fireworks – you look up at the sky and realize that this was the only way to end a bright, eventful and multifaceted student life. Thank you, BNTU, for the years together and for the opportunity to find and develop yourself!

The festive event continued with a concert program with the participation of popular Belarusian performers. One of the first headliners of the evening was a fellow countryman, whose songs touch the heart, LIRIQ.

Those gathered on the embankment of Svisloch were looking forward to the exciting show prepared by the organizers. An exciting moment for everyone present was the parade of scarlet sails and festive fireworks.

– The graduation turned out to be a bombastic one. Despite the unpredictable weather, we managed to chat, dance and enjoy the beauty of the sails. Huge thanks to BNTU for the opportunity to become a part of such a wonderful event. These moments will forever remain in our hearts! – Grigory Raketsky, a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, shared his impressions.

Closer to midnight, the headliner of the evening, Vanya Dmitrienko, appeared on the stage. Yesterday's students sang and danced to the rousing melodies, enjoying the festive atmosphere.

Maria Karasenko, a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, also shared her vivid emotions.

– It is a great honor for me to be a participant of the ball. Despite the bad weather, an interesting program was prepared for the graduates: a dance floor, performances by artists – all this created a festive atmosphere that the graduates truly deserved after a long preparation for graduation. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the BNTU, with whose support we were able to become a part of the celebration.

Now new horizons are opening up for each of the graduates, and we are confident that they will cope with any challenges in order to contribute to the development of the country. In a good way!
