Today, May 14, representatives of the Belarusian National Technical University took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Scientific and Technological Development of the State: Problems and Prospects". One of the sections of the event was presented at our university.
For reference: the organizers of the conference are the Russian Research Institute of Economics, Politics and Law in Science and Technology and the Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for Science and Technology. The event is organized in a hybrid format: you can participate both online, by joining the broadcasts of the sections that work for two days in Moscow, and offline - within the framework of the section moderated today at BNTU.

On the first day of the conference, issues of scientific and technological aspects of development and achievement of technological sovereignty of the countries of the Union State were raised. Moreover, as part of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, special attention was paid to the work of the scientific sphere in military conditions.

The topic of the section presented at the Belarusian National Technical University was "Scientific and Technological Development of the Union State: Potential and Strategic Guidelines in Modern Conditions". The discussion focused on the creation of regional models of intellectual property as a means of strategic scientific and technical planning. In the context of the global challenges that Belarus and Russia face and the trends in global scientific and technical policy, the issue of identifying new vectors of cooperation in this area at the international level was also raised.

We thank the conference participants for their informative reports and invite everyone to join the broadcasts of the sections tomorrow as part of the second day of the conference.
