The results of the competition for research works of doctoral students, graduate students, applicants and students for their implementation at the expense of the republican budget provided by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus for the allocation of grants for 2024 have been summed up. Among the grant holders are young scientists from the Belarusian National Technical University, who presented their work in five areas.
Laser, optical, opto-, opto-, micro- and radioelectronic technologies and systems
- A team of students from the Instrument Engineering Faculty: Alexey Igorevich Golubovich, Artem Yuryevich Gulich, Kirill Aleksandrovich Lyubinsky, Kirill Aleksandrovich Adamovich, Vyacheslav Andreevich Veselovsky with the research project “Development and construction of a diagnostic complex for monitoring the condition of windings of electrical machines.” Scientific supervisors are associate professor Yuri Viktorovich Sukhodolov and senior lecturer Alexander Vitalievich Isaev.
- A team of students from the Instrument Engineering Faculty: Yuri Dmitrievich Soroko, Vladimir Viktorovich Nayden, Nikita Sergeevich Melyukh, Maria Sergeevna Borbat with the research project “Development of methods and means for quality control of LED illuminators.” Scientific supervisors are Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor Konstantin Leonidovich Tyavlovsky and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Konstantin Vladimirovich Panteleev.
- Doctoral student of the Instrument Engineering Faculty Konstantin Vladimirovich Panteleev with the research project “Methodology for monitoring changes in the energy state of the surface of dielectric materials using a charge-sensitive method after laser modification.” Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Anatoly Lavrentievich Zharin.
- Graduate student of the Instrument Engineering Faculty Andrey Ivanovich Lazarchuk with the research project “Continuous laser with longitudinal diode pumping based on ytterbium-containing silicone crystal.” Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Viktor Edwardovich Kisel.

- Student of the Faculty of Transport Communications Veronika Georgievna Potreba with a research project “Increasing the efficiency of monitoring the condition of load-bearing structures of bridges and overpasses. Scientific supervisor – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor Vladimir Aleksandrovich Grechukhin.

- Graduate student of the Faculty of Management Technologies and Humanitarianization Alexey Igorevich Ivanov with the research project “Study of pulsed modes of electrolyte-plasma hardening of the surface of titanium alloys.” Scientific supervisor – Alexander Yuryevich Korolev.
- Student of the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology Ivan Maksimovich Matyukov with the research project “Study of protective thermal diffusion layers on medical alloys after various types of nitriding.” Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Valery Mikhailovich Konstantinov.
- Postgraduate student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Vladislav Andreevich Leshok with the research project “Research and development of resource-saving technologies for the formation of thermal diffusion (borated) layers to improve the performance properties of steels.” Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Valery Mikhailovich Konstantinov.
- Postgraduate student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Ekaterina Konstantinovna Korneeva with the research project “Modeling the physical and mathematical properties of wear-resistant metalloid-containing thermal diffusion layers on steels and alloys.” Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Mikhail Vasilievich Sitkevich.

- Student of the Faculty of Information Technology and Robotics Artem Andreevich Radkevich with a research project “Motion control system for a mobile robotic wheelchair for persons with disabilities.” Scientific supervisor – candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Sergey Anatolyevich Pavlyukovets.

- Doctoral student of the Faculty of Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship Irina Valerievna Ustinovich with the research project “Theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and development of the scientific and industrial complex in the Republic of Belarus.” Scientific supervisor - Academician-Secretary of the Department of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Alexander Gennadievich Shumilin.
