The public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" is the legal successor of the Komsomol of Belarus, the Youth Union of Belarus, the Belarusian Patriotic Youth Union, the Belarusian Youth Union. The decision to establish it was made on September 6, 2002 at the unification congress. Any citizen of the Republic of Belarus, a stateless person, as well as foreign citizens permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus, aged 14 to 31, who recognize the Charter and program documents of the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" can be a member of the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union".

The goal of the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" is to create conditions for the comprehensive development of young people, to reveal their creative potential, to promote the development of a civil society in the Republic of Belarus based on patriotic, spiritual and moral values. The Belarusian Republican Youth Union unites in its ranks people who are not indifferent, those who are not going to sit idly by, but are ready to apply their strength, use their abilities in order to make their life and the life of their peers more interesting, brighter, more meaningful.

Each of us has ideas, designs, creative plans. You can implement them with your like-minded people. Every young person should have the opportunity to be heard, discuss issues that concern him with other interested people (peers, older generations, experts, government officials), find out what he can do to solve existing problems, and also get support for his future actions. The Belarusian Republican Youth Union is truly a single youth union. Working in it, we act not only as residents of our city, students of our school, but also as representatives of the Belarusian youth. We feel like a part of our Motherland, a part of the Republic of Belarus.

• Аn important aspect in the implementation of youth initiatives is the employment of young people (student brigade movement).

In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated February 18, 2020 No. 58 “On the organization of the activities of student groups on the territory of the Republic of Belarus”, the primary organization of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union of Belarusian National Technical University is carrying out planned work to organize secondary employment of youth.

• One of the main activities of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union is the volunteer movement "Kind Heart". From year to year, volunteers of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union of BNTU work at agricultural fairs, spend health days, provide targeted assistance to veterans of the war and the Komsomol movement, the disabled, children from disadvantaged and guardian families in such actions as, for example, the Republican charitable action
  "Miracles for Christmas", " Give a Child Happiness”, Republican Youth Project “ZaDelo” and many others.
• Much attention is paid to the development of the youth law enforcement movement through the formation of the activities of Youth law enforcement units to assist law enforcement agencies in the prevention and suppression of illegal acts, assistance in working with minors who are on various types of registration.
• The Belarusian Republican Youth Union actively organizes activities for organizing students' leisure both at each faculty and the university as a whole: these are the BNTU Student of the Year and Miss BNTU contests, the PRIME DOTA CUP and BNTU FIFA CUP eSports tournaments. Every month, the BNTU Youth Union holds intellectual games “Quiz Time BNTU”, as well as many other cultural and sports events.
