The headquarters of labor affairs in the NGO "BRSM" BNTU is a place where every student can find a job in a student group, regardless of work experience. Every year, we help more than 2,450 BNTU students find jobs.

Everyone can choose the type of activity they like, because we are engaged in youth employment in various areas.:
Teaching teams. The children work in children's camps as counselors and their assistants.
Service teams. There is a lot of choice here: from working at BNTU departments to working as a passenger transport supervisor.
Production teams. Students have the opportunity to work at the largest enterprises in our country - Atlant CJSC, MAZ OJSC, MTZ OJSC, ZABT Horizont UE, Slodych Confectionery Factory, etc.
Construction teams, where the guys help to improve the infrastructure of the city of Minsk and beyond. Our students worked on the construction of the Belarusian Nuclear power plant, major highways connecting Belarus and Russia, built a national children's technopark, etc.
Environmental groups. The guys are engaged in landscaping the territory of Minsk.
BNTU students also have the opportunity to work abroad, for example, as part of service teams in children's camps by the sea in Russia, participate in production and construction projects in the Republic of Belarus, and much more.
The advantages of working in student groups:
- for the duration of work, everyone is provided with a place in the BNTU dormitories;
- instead of 13% income tax (as for all working citizens of Belarus), only 4% is deducted from your PO%;
- the main part of employment, job search, etc. lies with the staff of labor affairs of the BRSM BNTU, and you only have to come once for registration, or additionally undergo a medical examination;
- of course, new acquaintances, the opportunity to work with friends at the same facility, as well as various activities for squad members.
BNTU student groups are a real family in which everyone can find not only a job they like, but also the envy of a huge number of new acquaintances.
