From September 17 to 19, 2025, the XXVII International Architecture and Construction Exhibition BUDEXPO is being held at the Minsk International Exhibition Center. More than 80 companies from Belarus, Russia, China, and Kazakhstan are participating.
For reference: the event is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus and the National Exhibition Center "BelExpo," where BNTU actively participates.

The International Architecture and Construction Exhibition BUDEXPO is a key professional event in the construction sector of the Republic of Belarus and is divided into eight thematic sections:

The exhibition program is traditionally packed with numerous conferences, creative performances by experienced builders, discussions on current topics in the field of construction, and presentations of works by famous Belarusian architects.

The Belarusian National Technical University is presenting its Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Transport Communications, and Faculty of Civil Engineering at the exhibition. At the university's booth, visitors can familiarize themselves with projects created by students of the Faculty of Architecture.

The official start of the event was given by the solemn opening ceremony, held on September 17. The ceremony featured a welcoming speech by Vladimir Naumovich, the First Deputy Minister of Architecture and Construction.
– Our country is developing dynamically, and one of the drivers of its growth in recent years has been the construction industry. We have surpassed the threshold of about 6.3% of the republic's GDP. This has become possible thanks to those gathered here – those working in the construction industry and engineering organizations. On behalf of the ministry, thank you very much for the results achieved, – emphasized the first deputy minister.

Next, a meeting of the Belarusian Union of Architects took place, where current issues in the field of architecture were discussed. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Yuri Chanturia, his deputy Natalia Shulyakovskaya, the head of the Department of "Architectural Environment Design" Anna Litvinova, as well as the associate professor of the Department of "Drawing, Watercolor, and Sculpture" Ksenia Shappo.

For her significant contribution to the architecture of the Republic of Belarus, Anna Litvinova was awarded the medal of the Union of Architects at the meeting.

Today, students of the Faculty of Architecture participated in three sections: 'Digital Tools in Education: International Experience of Implementation and Standardization,' 'Architectural Design in an Urbanized Environment,' and 'Modernization of the Paradigm in the Reconstruction of Buildings and Structures of the Republic of Belarus.' The students presented the following reports.

n addition, today the Belarusian National Technical University was visited by the Chairman of the Republican Union of Builders, Honored Builder of Belarus Anatoly Nichkasov.
In honor of the 25th anniversary of the Republican Union of Builders and the fruitful long-term cooperation with BNTU, the rector of the Polytechnic, Sergey Kharitonchik, was presented with a certificate of membership in the Republican Union of Builders, as well as a commemorative book.

The exhibition events continue, and we invite everyone to see with their own eyes what the architectural and construction industry of Belarus is engaged in. Tomorrow, September 19, it can be visited from 11:00 to 16:00.

We thank the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the National Exhibition Center "BelExpo" for the opportunity to participate.
