Department of "Management" of the Faculty of Management Technologies and Humanization (FTUG) BNTU was founded on 11/28/1997.
The department trains managers in four areas.
- Management (international). Future specialists gain knowledge about the dynamics and directions of development of the world economy, trends and specifics of the international market, logistics, financial flows, sociology, labor law and information technology. Graduates can work in joint ventures and foreign companies, advise and lead companies that are competitive in the international market.
- Management (socio-administrative) . Students gain knowledge about modern methods and psychological approaches to managing employees, about innovative procedures for the selection, placement, adaptation and training of personnel, methods of stimulation and motivation, the formation of a corporate culture and psychological climate. Graduates can work as specialists and heads of departments for work with personnel, planning and economic services, as managers of various levels.
- Management (production). Students study the principles and methods of organizing modern production processes, creating an enterprise development strategy, the essence and types of technologies and technological structures, technology transfer, methods of marketing and sales activities, ways to attract investment, business planning and innovative development programs, etc. Graduates can work as managers production: from the head of the site to the general director of the association.
- Management (real estate). Students gain knowledge and skills in real estate activities in the real estate market, economic valuation and technical expertise of real estate objects, legal regulations, tax legislation, sociology and law. Graduates can work as a real estate manager (realtor), property management manager (property manager), real estate leasing manager, real estate investment manager, tax consultant.
Additional education. Students can simultaneously study in the military specialty and a foreign language.
Master's and postgraduate studies. The department is preparing with the subsequent defense of master's and candidate's theses.
Foreign connections. Students and undergraduates can study in other countries according to exchange programs, for example, in China, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, etc. The department has international contacts for the exchange of training programs, scientific developments and methodological materials, participates in the international TEMPUS program and others.
The department trains students and undergraduates from China, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, India, Congo, etc.
