Established in 1995, the Faculty of Management Technologies and Humanities is a cornerstone of the Republican Educational Center. It is renowned for having the largest faculty body at BNTU, with over 200 professors and lecturers, and attracts more than 60 international students annually. The faculty serves around 1,500 students, including over 1,000 full-time students. Many of our students have been awarded Presidential scholarships and are recipients of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for social support of gifted students, as well as other prestigious scholarships.
The faculty comprises eight departments and offers cutting-edge programs aligned with national and international standards. Our specialties include "Management", "Energy-Efficient Technologies and Energy Management", "Economics and Enterprise Management", "Customs Affairs", "Low-Temperature Engineering", "Packaging Production", "Industrial Design", and "Economics and Organization of Production", with options for accelerated study. We offer extensive foreign language training in English, German, French, and Spanish for all economic specialties. Since 1997, our UNESCO International Department "Energy-Efficient Technologies and Energy Management" has been recognized as one of the top departments in European universities.
Our students receive a robust theoretical and practical education across fundamental and specialized disciplines. The faculty is equipped with state-of-the-art teaching facilities, including computer labs, multimedia centers, and specialized research laboratories like the thermomechanics of magnetic fluids laboratory.
We provide our students with opportunities for practical training at leading state and commercial enterprises, as well as in national and local government bodies. We maintain strong relationships with ministries, departments, enterprises, and organizations across Belarus.
Our international collaborations are continuously expanding with higher education institutions and research organizations in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Poland, and other countries.
The University is committed to provide students with high-quality professional knowledge while fostering their overall spiritual and physical development. The faculty offers special groups for advanced sports training and rehabilitation. Students are encouraged to participate in scientific research, artistic activities, and cultural events, including organizing tourist rallies and excursions throughout Belarus and Europe.
