The research work (RW) on the fifth stage of the state-funded project (GP 21-272) titled «Participation in the International Transfer of Innovative Technologies» (academic supervisors – Associate Professor A.V. Kovalev, Professor B.I. Gusakov) was carried out as part of the academic staff’s extended working hours at the Belarusian National Technical University. The topic aligns with one of the priority areas of scientific, scientific-technical, and innovative activity for 2021–2025 («Improving Enterprise Management in the Context of the Formation of the National Innovation System»).

In 2025, the department’s faculty members participated in international scientific and practical conferences (Perm State National Research University (Russian Federation, Perm), Kosygin Russian State University (Russian Federation, Moscow), DonNTU (Russian Federation, Donetsk), South Ural Technological University (Russian Federation, Yuzhnouralsk), Kemerovo State University (Russian Federation, Kemerovo), VEPI (Russian Federation, Voronezh), as well as in international scientific and practical conferences organized by universities in the Republic of Belarus (BNTU, BSU, BrSU, BSTU, RIVSH, etc.).
The results of the research work conducted by the department’s faculty were reflected in 21 publications.

Between April 19 and 26, 2025, the 81st SNTK BNTU (Management section) was held at the department. The topics of the reports were determined by current issues in economics, management, marketing, and accounting. 80 students participated in the section’s work; 48 reports were read and prepared for publication, of which 6 works were recommended for further research and submission to the XXXII Republican Competition of Scientific Works of University Students of the Republic of Belarus. Out of the six works recommended for participation in the XXXII Republican Competition of Scientific Works of University Students of the Republic of Belarus in 2025, all works received approval. Additionally, two works by students from the “Customs Affairs” department participated in the competition, supervised by Senior Lecturer A.Yu. Zhevlakova from the “Management” department.
In 2025, four students from the “Management” department were awarded the A.N. Sevchenko scholarship: D.A. Aleshkevich, D.V. Bradinskaya, E.D. Davydchik, V.D. Kalyada.
Eight students from the “Management” department were awarded the personal scholarship of the BNTU Council in both the autumn-winter and spring-summer semesters of 2025.
In the first semester of the 2025 academic year, student group 10801221 A.E. Pashkevich was awarded the Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Belarus; in the second semester, student group 10801122 M.A. Isaenko was awarded the scholarship.

Shukhov. For the research paper “Improving the Efficiency of an Organization within the Framework of Process Resource Management” (academic supervisor Associate Professor N.A. Samosyuk), student M.A. Isaenko from group 10801122 received the 1st category of the competition. For the research paper “Development of Russian Regions by the Example of Digital Transformation in Belarus” (academic supervisor Senior Lecturer N.G. Asnovich), student M.A. Isaenko from group 10801122 received an honorary diploma. In 2025, students of the “Management” department participated in 18 international scientific conferences.
The department operates scientific clubs “Innovation Management” (academic supervisor – B.I. Gusakov) and “Modern Achievements in Management” (academic supervisor – V.F. Volodko). Students of the second, third, and fourth years actively participate in the work of these clubs. The result of the clubs’ work is the preparation of presentations for participation in conferences and competitions.
In 2025, four students from the “Management” department were awarded diplomas for active participation in student scientific activities by BNTU’s RWSS.
In 2025, the department’s students, independently or in co-authorship, received 5 positive decisions (implementation acts) for applications for industrial property objects in the Republic of Belarus.
