The Procurement Department is responsible for organizing the procurement of goods, works, and services for BNTU in accordance with established legislation.
The main tasks of the Procurement Department include:
Providing BNTU’s structural divisions with materials, equipment, and other necessary resources.
Developing and preparing annual procurement plans for approval, taking into account the funds allocated to BNTU for the upcoming financial (budgetary) year.
Ensuring the timely posting of information about public procurements (except for procurements involving state secrets) on the official (and additional) websites.
Selecting potential suppliers (contractors, performers) and entering into contracts in strict compliance with procurement laws.
Ensuring the efficient and economical use of budgetary and self-generated (non-budgetary) funds.
Preventing abuse and corruption during the procurement procedures.
