On May 25 and 27, 2026, the 82nd Student Scientific and Technical Conference was held at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of BNTU. Thirty-seven undergraduate and graduate students presented 41 papers in the "Metal-Cutting Machines and Tools" section of the Department of Technological Equipment. The focus was not only on classic issues of shaping and tooling, but also on the use of artificial intelligence for semantic patent search, additive manufacturing, digital twins, and modern pneumatic and hydraulic drives. As usual, the abstracts of the papers will be included in the proceedings of the 82nd Student Scientific and Technical Conference.
