BNTU students confirmed the high level of their scientific school at the XXXII Republican Competition of Student Scientific Papers

Обучающиеся БНТУ подтвердили высокий уровень научной школы на XXXII Республиканском конкурсе научных работ студентов

The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus announced the results of the 32nd National Student Research Competition. The Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) traditionally took a leading position, demonstrating the high effectiveness of its student research system.
Students and graduates from 53 higher education institutions across the country participated in the competition, submitting 2,901 papers for the second stage. Experts noted that the quality of the competition entries is largely determined by the professionalism of their academic supervisors and the level of training of their departments.
BNTU students demonstrated impressive results in the competition. The university acted not only as an active participant but also as an organizational center for the country's scientific thought. BNTU submitted 173 research papers, 128 of which won competition awards in various categories.
BNTU served as the host university for the competition committees in four key scientific sections:
"Engineering Economics";
"Mechanical Engineering. Machine Mechanics. Reliability and Safety of Technical Systems";
"Instrument Engineering." Scientific Foundations and Methods of Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics;

Physical and Technical Problems of Power Engineering. Scientific Foundations of Energy Supply and Efficient Energy Use.

This confirms the university's authority in the fields of technical and economic sciences, as well as the high level of competence of BNTU's faculty.
Special congratulations go to the students whose work was recognized with the competition's highest award – the title of laureate. Their research covers relevant areas: from labor economics and energy strategies to innovative cleaning technologies and blockchain.

Laureates of the XXXII Republican Competition of BNTU Student Research Papers:

Students of the Faculty of Power Engineering Vladislav Denisov and Maxim Kundir (academic supervisors: Igor Kachanov and Igor Shatalov);
Students of the Faculty of Power Engineering Evgeny Shman and Artem Lesota (academic supervisor: Ekaterina Korsak);
Students of the Faculty of Power Engineering, Maria Natalevich and Alexandra Falchenko (supervisor: Tatyana Mancerova);
Student of the Faculty of Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurship, Vladislav Narbin (supervisor: Viktor Karpovich);
The results of the BNTU students' work have already been published, presented at conferences, and implemented in the educational process and industry. The high proportion of first- and second-category works among the winners demonstrates the in-depth development of their topics and their practical significance.
The university administration congratulates the students and their supervisors on their well-deserved victory! We wish them new scientific discoveries, successful project implementation, and further professional achievements for the benefit of technical science in the Republic of Belarus.
