Dance Ensemble "FRIENDSHIP"

Established in 1951. Not a single BPI event was complete without the participation of this team. The ensemble has repeatedly demonstrated its art in Moscow; performed at the VI World Festival of Youth and Students, and in 1980 - at the opening of the Olympics.

Currently, the program combines a variety of choreographic genres - folk, classical, pop, modern dance. The leaders find new interesting forms, for example, the synthesis of modern and folk dance, and embody their creative thoughts in choreographic performances.

"Druzhba" pleases us with its performances at the events of BNTU, City Day, Independence Day, participates in charity events. In the summer of 2004, the Druzhba Dance Ensemble, together with the Kakhanachka Folk Song Ensemble, presented their work at the International Student Festival in Ankara, the capital of Turkey, as part of a cultural exchange.

In 2011 at the International festival of student creativity "We are together" in Bryansk (Russia), the dance ensemble "Druzhba" was awarded the Diploma of the 1st degree.

At the 2nd International Competition of Folk and Oriental Dance, the dance ensemble "Druzhba" became the winner.

At the open festival of arts "Shanuy tsyabe, Belaya Rus" became the Laureate of the 1st degree.

In 2012, the dance ensemble "Druzhba" celebrated its 60th anniversary with a large concert program of dances of the peoples of the world.

Regional review-competition "Leader of the Year - 2012" Diploma in the nomination "The Best Collective of Amateur Art".

In 2013 at the City Festival of Folk Art "Suzor'e" received a Laureate Diploma.

The dance ensemble is an active participant in interuniversity, city, district, republican and international competitions.

EVENTS WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE ENSEMBLE:

The team takes part in republican events:

In 2017, at the Republican competition of creativity of labor collectives "New Names of Belarus - 2017" - Laureate of the II degree.

On December 7, 2017,  a concert of the DRUZHBA DANCE ENSEMBLE of the cultural, educational, historical and educational center of the BNTU was held, dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the founding of the group.

The creative path of the legendary team began in the distant 50s. The ensemble quickly gained popularity, its choreographic performances became the decoration of any event. The team performed at the best stages not only of our republic, but of the entire Soviet Union. Participation in 1980 in the solemn ceremony of opening and closing of the XXII Olympic Games in Moscow became a grandiose event for the ensemble. This was a recognition of the achievements of the team, its performance skills.

Today, the dance ensemble "Druzhba" is one of the most promising creative teams of the BNTU cultural center. With the advent of new leaders Irina Tokareva and Alexander Lissitzky, a new stage in the development of the team began, its creative upsurge.

The dance ensemble "Druzhba" is a repeated diploma winner and laureate of international, republican, city festivals and competitions. So in 2016 the team became the Laureate of the 2nd degree of the Republican festival of student creativity "Art-vakatsy", in 2017 it was awarded the Diploma of the 3rd degree at the Minsk city festival of folk art "Suzor'e", the Diploma of the 2nd degree of the Republican trade union competition "New Names of Belarus" in nomination "Choreography".

Bright artistry and performing skills - that's what captivates the audience at the concerts of the dance ensemble "Druzhba". The anniversary concert was no exception. All choreographic performances found a lively response from the audience and were accompanied by thunderous applause. The graduates of the ensemble congratulated the team on their anniversary by performing the incendiary polka "Sverbilovka". The collectives of the BNTU center congratulated Druzhba on its anniversary with creative performances: the Kakhanachka Folk Song Ensemble, the Talan Modern Dance Studio, the Soul in Love vocal and pop studio, as well as the guests of the evening, the Svitanak Folk Song and Music Ensemble.

The event was attended by distinguished guests. A congratulatory address from the BNTU rectorate was read out, a Diploma of the administration of the Soviet district of the city of Minsk and an Honorary diploma of the trade union committee of the BNTU were presented. Members of the team were awarded with thanks and diplomas. The concert received positive feedback from the audience and high praise from professionals.

Once again, we congratulate the staff of the ensemble "Druzhba" on the 65th anniversary, we wish prosperity and new creative achievements!
