For the successful implementation of relations between the university and educational institutions of the republic at BNTU in 2006, on the basis of the faculty of pre-university training and the Regional Testing Center, the Institute of Integrated Forms of Education and Monitoring of Education (IIFEME) was created, the director of which is Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Afanasyeva Natalia Alexandrovna.
The Institute unites in its composition:
- Department of Natural Science and Creative Disciplines;
- Regional Center for Testing and Vocational Guidance of Student Youth;
- training courses;
- preparatory department;
- department of career guidance and advertising and information work;
- software and hardware department (call-center);
- education quality monitoring department.
Currently, the Institute is working in the following areas:
- unites and coordinates all types of activities related to monitoring the educational level and quality of knowledge of young people;
- implements the program of continuous education according to the "School-University" system;
- organizes targeted general education and career guidance for young people in accordance with their future interests;
- will inform students and applicants at the stage of choosing a future specialty within the framework of the project "BNTU goes to school";
- carries out the adaptation of graduates of secondary and secondary - special educational institutions in the modern educational space, their high-quality training in new technologies in higher education;
- ensures the growth of intellectual, spiritual, cultural, moral and physical development;
- organizes an increase in the educational and scientific potential of employees;
- carries out internal monitoring of the quality of education of BNTU students in order to predict their educational achievements and promptly correct the course of mastering the material.
Meetings with the director of IIFEME are held every Monday at 12.00 in room. 306 k.3.
