The 2022/2023 Republican Universiade was held in 26 sports and included 39 types of sports program. BNTU took part in 39 types of sports program in 26 sports, as well as summer and winter all-around.
As a result, our university took 2nd overall team place:
1st place – GrSU (2041.60),
2nd place – BNTU (2033.80),
3rd place – BSU (2028.32).
University teams took 14 prizes:
first place – kettlebell lifting;
second place – badminton, swimming, mini-football, arm wrestling, handball (women), karate (men), orienteering, cross-country athletics;
third place – basketball (men), biathlon, cross-country skiing, table tennis, weightlifting.
At the Ceremony, the flag bearer from BNTU was the winner of the Republican Universiade in orienteering, member of the national team of the Republic of Belarus Pavel Plaksenok.
