The Colombian Institute for Educational Loans and Technical Studies Abroad has opened enrollment for the Beca Colombia 2023-2 scholarship program for foreign nationals.
The program is offered to the following applicants:
1) For foreign nationals wishing to pursue postgraduate studies in the fields of specialization, master's and doctoral studies in Colombian public and private institutions of higher education, according to the "CATALOGUE ACADEMIC OFFERS 2023-2" published with the announcement of admission.
2) For non-Spanish-speaking foreign nationals who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in the following fields: specialization, master's and doctoral studies in public and private institutions of higher education in Colombia and who need to improve their Spanish for their postgraduate studies in Colombia according to the "CATALOG OF ACADEMIC OFFERS 2023-2" published with the announcement of admission*. (*After completing a Spanish course, when applying to one of the postgraduate programs, the beneficiary agrees to choose primarily the institution that provided the course, according to the "Catalog of ACADEMIC PROPOSALS 2024" to be published in 2024.
The Reciprocal Scholarship Program is intended for foreign nationals of any nationality, not having dual nationality (Colombia), not residing in Colombia, not having been recipients of the same program in previous intakes and having a professional or baccalaureate degree. All documents must be submitted no later than June 12, 2023 through the ICEETECH platform.
