He formed and develops a scientific direction on the use of high-power technological lasers in industry. Under his leadership and with his personal participation, more than 30 new technologies and materials have been developed, according to which pilot and industrial production of products for mechanical engineering, machine tool building and special equipment has been mastered.
Author of more than 400 scientific papers, including 6 monographs, 81 inventions in the field of developing theoretical and technological foundations for improving the performance characteristics of surfaces of machine parts by concentrated energy flows.
Prepared 1 doctor and 4 candidates of technical sciences.
Awarded the Prize of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus in the field of science and technology (2011, 2012) for the introduction of laser technologies at the enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.
