The scientific and technical journal "System Analysis and Applied Informatics" publishes articles on topical issues of theory and practice of analysis and synthesis of technical and information systems. The main headings of the journal:

  • System analysis;
  • Management of technical objects;
  • Information processing and decision making;
  • Information Technology.

All articles are peer reviewed. The periodicity of the publication of the journal "System Analysis and Applied Informatics" is 1 time in 3 months.

Article Requirements

1. General requirements.

The materials of the articles are submitted on paper (in two copies) at the address: 220013, Minsk, st. F. Skorina, 25/3, building 20, room. 508 (Petrenko Yury Nikolaevich) and in electronic form e-mail: CA_PI@bntu.by . Phone for information: (017) 266 26 58.

An article submitted on paper must be signed by all authors. At the end of the article, the authors must provide the following information: last name, first name, patronymic in full, home address, phone numbers, e-mail address, place of work, academic degree and title.

Articles received by the editors of the journal are registered in the prescribed manner. Articles drawn up in violation of the above rules are not accepted for consideration by the editors. Accepted articles are reviewed. With a positive review, the article is proposed for publication.

The editors do not accept articles previously published in other journals or scientific publications.

The author's fee for the publication of the article is not paid. Materials sent to the editors are not returned to the authors.

2. Rules for the design of articles

The volume of articles (with illustrations) should not exceed:

• for the original article - 7 pages (no more than 8 illustrations);
• for a short message - 3 pages (no more than 2 illustrations).

The article must be typed using the Microsoft Word 2007 text editor.

Page parameters: A4 format (height 29.7 cm, width - 21 cm); indent for the left margin and the top margin - 25 mm, for the right and bottom margin - 20 mm; page numbering from the top in the header, from the second page, right-aligned.

Текст набирается шрифтом TimesNewRoman, 12 пт. Межстрочный интервал – полуторный. Абзацный отступ – 12 мм.

2. Индекс УДК набирается шрифтом TimesNewRoman, 12пт, все прописные, выравнивание – по правому краю. После индекса пропускается одна строка.

3. Фамилия и инициалы автора (авторов) в именительном падеже печатаются прописными буквами, шрифтом TimesNewRoman, 12пт, курсив, выравнивание – по левому краю. После фамилии автора пропускается одна строка.

4. Название статьи набирается шрифтом TimesNewRoman, 12пт, жирный, все прописные, выравнивание – по центру. После названия пропускается одна строка.

5. Полное название организации (организаций), в которой работает автор (авторы)набирается шрифтом TimesNewRoman, 12пт, выравнивается по центру.После названия организации пропускается две строки.

6. The abstract of the article is typed in Times New Roman, 10pt, italic, centered. The volume of the abstract is not more than 8 lines, line spacing is 1.15.

Two lines are skipped after the annotation.

7. The text of the article (typed in Times New Roman font, 12pt, with a paragraph, justified alignment) should contain the following elements:

1) introduction (may contain: a brief review of the literature on the research problem, a list of previously unresolved issues, a problem statement, the purpose of the research). The word "Introduction" is printed in Times New Roman font, 12pt, bold, left alignment.

2) the main part of the study (possibly divided into subsections), including graphics and other illustrative material (if any), while tables and figures should not duplicate each other. The title of each subsection of the article is printed in Times New Roman font, 12pt, bold, left justified.

3) Conclusion (the main results obtained are formulated with an indication of their novelty, advantages in comparison with analogues).
The word "Conclusion" is printed in Times New Roman font, 12pt, bold, left alignment.

8. Literature. The list of literature is drawn up in Times New Roman font, 12pt in accordance with the Instructions for the preparation of a dissertation, abstract and publications on the topic of the dissertation, approved by the decision of the Presidium of the State Higher Attestation Committee of the Republic of Belarus on December 24, 1997 No. 178 (as amended by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of Belarus dated February 22, 2006 No. 2) . www.edu.grsu.by/files/liter.doc

The word "Literature" is printed in Times New Roman font, 12pt, bold, left alignment.

Sources should be in the order in which they are cited in the text. Ordinal reference numbers in the text should be written inside square brackets (for example: [1], [2]). In review articles, no more than 15 sources are indicated, in all others - no more than 7-10.

9. An abstract in English (Russian) should be attached to the article in Russian (English). It should contain: Title of the article, surname and initials of the author (authors), summary of the article (which may be suitable for publication separately from the article).

10. Formulation of formulas. Formulas (all symbols of the Latin, Greek alphabets and others used in formulas) must be typed using the Equation formula editor built into MS Word. Latin characters should be typed in italics, both in formulas and in figures, and in text, while Russian and Greek characters should be typed in plain text.

In the formula editor, the following character size should be set: regular symbol -11 pt., Large index - 7 pt., Small index - 5 pt., Large symbol - 17 pt., Small symbol -12 pt. Formulas are aligned to the center of the page. If it is necessary to make references to formulas, they should be numbered with Arabic numerals placed in parentheses, in the order they are mentioned. Formula numbers are aligned to the right of the page.
