Today, September 18, representatives of the University of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province visited the Belarusian National Technical University.
For reference: being a higher education institution in China, Liaoning University of Science and Technology provides training in business, engineering, art and design.
The foreign delegation included Vice-Rector Li Shengli, Deputy Director of the Institute of International Education Song Hua, Dean of the Institute of Business Administration Liu Hongyu and Dean of the Institute of Construction Zhou Weihong.
The delegation was received by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of BNTU Yuriy Nikolaychik, Dean of the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology Igor Ivanov, and Head of the Department of International Marketing of Educational Services and Work with Foreign Students Inna Khatskevich.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed plans for future educational programs in the field of metallurgy and foundry production. In addition, issues of joint publication of scientific articles in BNTU journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus were raised.
As part of the visit, members of the delegation also visited the research laboratories of the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology. The guests were shown the technologies of welding and casting, processing and hardening of materials used at the faculty.
At the end of their visit, the Chinese colleagues thanked the BNTU employees for the organized meeting and expressed hope for further development and strengthening of cooperation.
