Scholarships of the President of the Republic of Belarus have been awarded to 64 postgraduate students in 2023, who are performing scientific research on the priority directions of scientific activity, scientific-technical and innovative activity in education institutions and scientific organizations. Among the nominees there are five postgraduate students from the Belarusian National Technical University:
- Ekaterina Alexandrovna Bidzyura was awarded for the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of economic security of industrial enterprises and practical recommendations on this basis in economic security of the Republic of Belarus;
- Maxim Valentinovich Vechersky was awarded for the development of theoretical and methodological aspects of innovation environment management, as well as for substantiation of the author’s concept of network interaction of subjects of innovation environment, the results provided practical recommendations on improving tools to stimulate innovation activity of business entity in the conditions of digitalization of the economy;
- Roman Sergeyevich Ignatovich was awarded for the development of theoretical foundations and the creation of trigeneration schemes of mini-heat and power plants running on local fuel, in addition generating to thermal and electric energy synthetic natural gas, the introduction of which reduces consumption imported energy resources and improving the energy and environmental security of the country;
- Alexander Konstantinovich Petrashkevich was awarded for the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of human potential development and Possible strategies to manage it through the scenario method to apply the results to macro and microeconomic modeling of the labor resource development process;
- Mitrofan Alexandrovich Sudnikov was awarded for the development of integrated steel surface treatment technology, providing a composite reinforcing layer, combining lower iron borids and copper inclusions with varying dispersion that reduce friction coefficient and improvement of the rolling capacity under friction conditions.
The scientific achievements of the postgraduate students are important for the State and society. Their successful developments in the field of technical, physical-mathematical, chemical, medical, agricultural, economic, pedagogical sciences, art, sports, Earth sciences are relevant and in demand. The results of their work have been introduced into the educational and the practical activities of organizations industry, medicine, agriculture, and education.
Their results are also presented at the national and the international conferences, published in scientific publications.
