• organize and manage the work of the team, developing a team strategy to achieve the goal, stimulate the development of labor motivation of staff;
• apply modern communication technologies of professional interaction;
• develop programs for monitoring the educational results of students, develop and implement programs to overcome learning difficulties;
• design the organization of educational and educational activities of students, including those with special educational needs;
• plan and implement, together with the teacher, preventive measures, programs to protect children and youth from abuse and violent acts;
