Dormitory No. 16 is a block-type dormitory, first commissioned in 1987, and underwent major renovations from 2007 to 2012. It accommodates 685 students from the Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy (IPF), Faculty of Architecture (AF), Faculty of Power Engineering (FES), and the Faculty of Transport and Logistics (FTUG).
