Curricula of specialties include elective disciplines. The selection procedure involves the submission of a written application (questionnaire ) addressed to the dean of the faculty. To enable students to choose the disciplines of the social and humanitarian module, we present brief information on the academic discipline "Labor Psychology" of the specialized module "Module of social and humanitarian disciplines 2". The main goal of the discipline "Labor Psychology" is the formation of students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of labor psychology. As a result of studying the discipline, the student will learn:
• to formulate psychological requirements for the profession and
professional activity of the individual;
• make professiograms and psychograms of various professions;
• to assess the performance and fatigue of a person;
• evaluate the ergonomics of technical products for various
purposes;
•perform ergonomic organization of individual and
•group workplaces;
• organize productive interpersonal and professional
communication;
•determine and take into account when solving life and
•professional problems individual psychological and personal
characteristics of people.
