On March 26, 2020, a meeting was held at the branch of the BNTU “MGASK” with a representative of the Inspectorate for Juvenile Affairs of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Partizansky District of Minsk, Ostostko Mikhail Nikolayevich, as part of the informational and educational project “School for an Active Citizen” on the topic “I must be a citizen”. Within the framework of the meeting, the main provisions of the criminal and administrative laws of the Republic of Belarus and the measures of responsibility for committing crimes and offenses, such as drug trafficking, smoking and drinking alcoholic, low alcohol drinks, were examined. This kind of interaction with state law enforcement agencies helps to increase the effectiveness of educational and preventive work with young people to prevent crime. Students acquire new knowledge about legislation and law enforcement practice, and thereby increase their legal literacy and cultivate a conscious need for law-abiding behavior. Also during the meeting, Mikhail Nikolaevich spoke about the main provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
