On the first day of spring in the Central Children's Park named after Maxim Gorky, the festival «Shrovetide wide» was held.
Students of the branch of the Belarusian National Technical University “Minsk State College of Architecture and Civil Engineering” presented an exhibition of their creative works. They also tested their strength, dexterity and skills in various contests, competitions and relay races. Climbed on a tall pillar of tasty gifts, try delicious pancakes. Attended a concert of Belarusian pop stars: the "Verasy" ensemble, Anastasia Tikhonovich, the "Bely Ptakh" folk ensemble and others.
The culmination of the holiday was the burning of Pancake week from straw to cheerful laughter, round dances and screams: "Burn, burn clearly, so as not to go out!".
