The faculty is enrolling for the first stage of higher education (qualification - engineer) in the following specialties:

3. Equipment and Technology of Welding Production
4. Machines and Technologies of Foundry Production
5. Additive Technologies in Foundry Production
6. Digital Metallurgy and Heat Treatment
7. Computer-Aided Design of Foundry and Metallurgical Processes
8. Engineering of Technological Processes in Metallurgical Production
All first-year students are provided with accommodation:
- The dormitory is located on the university campus, close to academic buildings, the library, and the stadium.
- The metro station "Academy of Sciences" is conveniently located near the dormitory.
- During their studies, students have the opportunity to receive a free wellness voucher for the university's sanatorium-preventorium.
Our graduates have a 100% employment rate at leading enterprises across the country. The future professional activities of our faculty's graduates encompass:
- 3D modeling of technological equipment and components, as well as manufacturing processes for products.
- Developing innovative, import-substituting technological processes for welding, stamping, casting, or metallurgical production, and integrating new (including imported) equipment and automated systems into manufacturing.
- Designing and implementing programs to enhance the economic efficiency, productivity, and ergonomics of technological equipment.
- Creating new grades of steel and other alloys, composite materials, and highly efficient technological processes to improve their properties.
Additionally, students have the opportunity to:
- Join various sports clubs and explore their creative potential.
- Participate in student self-governance and become a part of the BNTU team.
Eligible for admission without entrance exams are:
- Winners (holders of I, II, III degree diplomas) of international Olympiads and the national Olympiad in academic subjects, where the subject is designated as the second subject of the specialized test.
- Winners (holders of I, II, III degree diplomas) of the third (regional, Minsk city) stage of the national Olympiad in academic subjects, as determined by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
- Individuals with a special distinction certificate of general secondary education, awarded with a gold or silver medal.
- Individuals with a diploma of vocational and technical education, including general secondary education, with honors.
- Individuals with a diploma of secondary specialized education with honors.
For all specialties and areas of the first stage of full-time higher education, applicants must provide centralized testing certificates in the following subjects:
- Russian (Belarusian) language;
- Mathematics (first specialized subject);
- Physics.

Graduates of colleges applying for a shortened form of study must take specialized entrance exams (written exams) in the following disciplines:
- Material Science and Technology of Materials (first specialized subject);
- Fundamentals of Engineering Graphics (second specialized subject).

The faculty conducts a general competition for a group of specialties, meaning that applicants who do not score the required points for their chosen specialty may be admitted to a second specialty (based on the applicant's preference).
The Master's program offers a specialty in "Innovative Technologies in Metallurgy."
