Vladimir Georgievich Dashkevich is a specialist in the field of creating special surfacing alloys and strengthening parts using the HVOF method. He has experience in the diagnosis and non-destructive testing of various equipment in mechanical engineering and petrochemical industries.
In 2009, he defended his candidate dissertation on "Surface-alloyed steel wire for surfacing machine parts operating under conditions of abrasive wear." He is the author of over 80 publications, including 10 patents.
He is currently an active lecturer at the Department of Materials Science in Mechanical Engineering, teaching courses on "Materials Science," "Design of tooling and products from non-metallic materials," "Materials for commercial equipment," and "Materials for advertising and exhibition objects." He has supervised the education of 7 master's students.
Research Area:
Thermal and thermochemical treatment of steel products, technologies for surface and bulk strengthening, development of new materials and diffusion-type coatings. This includes the development of new composite boron-containing wear-resistant coatings on carbon low-alloy steels, the development of heat-resistant aluminum-containing layers on copper and copper alloys, the development of wear-resistant thermo-diffusion layers on titanium alloys, and so on.

Dr. Valeriy Konstantinov is renowned scientist in the field of enhancing the durability and performance of machine and tool parts, energy and resource conservation in thermal and thermochemical treatment, development of special alloys for protective coatings, and corrosion protection of metal structures.
Author of over 200 publications, including 2 scientific and technical reference books on strengthening and restoration of machine parts (Moscow, 2003, 2014). Supervised 3 candidates of technical sciences and over 40 masters.
Member of the editorial boards of the journals "Science and Technology" and "Casting and Metallurgy". Member of organizing committees of several international conferences (Belarus, Russia, Ukraine).
