Methodological work at the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology

For reading disciplines, performing practical and laboratory work, passing practices, working on term papers and graduation projects, the staff of the department developed and published teaching aids and guidelines.

So, for example, for the discipline "Technology of Mechanical Engineering" the following textbooks and guidelines were published: statistical analysis of the accuracy of the operation with the distribution of errors according to the Gauss law .; determination of the rigidity of a lathe by a dynamic (production) method; determination of the rigidity of a lathe by a static method; determination of the influence of the rigidity of the technological system on the accuracy of processing; analysis of milling accuracy assurance based on determining the rigidity of a horizontal milling machine; determination of the accuracy of setting the lathe to a given level; determination of processing accuracy on a surface grinding machine; study of the roughness of the treated surface, etc.

For the specialty "Automation of technological processes and productions", the direction of mechanical engineering and instrumentation: bunker loading devices, roller loading devices, studying the design and operation of the control system of an industrial robot of the MP-9 type, studying a robotic turning complex based on the TPK-125 VN-2 tank with numerical control, drawing up structural and functional diagrams, drawing up diagrams of functioning (control) algorithms, studying the structure and operation of the industrial robot "PUMA-560", programming the movement of the manipulator of the industrial robot "PUMA-560", studying the cyclic control device of an industrial robot mod. 3388, daily shift job generation for flexible manufacturing system simulation model,
