The Alumni Marketing and Distribution Department (AMDI) organizes, coordinates and controls the processes of distribution, redistribution, job placement, subsequent job placement of graduates, monitors the employment of graduates and their working out of the terms of compulsory work.

OMiRV also ensures the interaction of BNTU and organizations-customers of personnel in the transfer of relations to a contractual basis in the training of specialists with higher education at the expense of the republican budget.

Main functions of OMiRV:

1) work with organizations-customers of personnel for the purpose of concluding agreements on interaction with BNTU in the preparation of specialists and filing applications for the training of specialists;

2) accounting and control over incoming BNTU applications for the training of specialists and agreements on the interaction of BNTU with customer organizations in the training of specialists;

3) informing and advising officials of the structural divisions of the BNTU, students and graduates in terms of the activities of the department;

4) participation in the organization and conduct of the distribution, redistribution, job placement, subsequent job placement of graduates;

5) work with the officials of the faculties on the design and documentation of the meetings of the commissions of the faculties for the distribution, redistribution, assignment to work, the subsequent assignment of graduates to work;

6) control over the arrival of young specialists to the place of distribution and their employment;

7) control over the fulfillment of mandatory terms of work by young specialists;

8) work on conducting and ensuring the collection of funds to the republican budget spent by the state on the training of a specialist at the BNTU;

9) submission of reporting, statistical, informational data, including operational data, to state bodies and the founder on the results of distribution, redistribution, job placement, subsequent job placement of graduates, employment, recovery, reimbursement of funds to the republican budget spent by the state on training young specialist and other data as needed;

10) carrying out work on the provision of methodological and consulting services to young specialists during their redistribution (subsequent assignment to work) and control over their employment;

11) control over the organization by officials of the faculties of work on personal accounting of graduates during the period of their working out of the mandatory period of work on distribution.

Please note that  the procedure for the distribution of graduates is defined in the legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus,  which entered into force on September 1, 2022:

- the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Education (Articles 72-80, 206);

- REGULATION on the procedure for distribution, redistribution, assignment to work, redirection to work, provision of a job to graduates who have received a scientifically oriented, higher, secondary specialized or vocational education, approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated August 31, 2022 No. 572 (paragraphs 13 -15 chapter 2);
