On March 11, at the branch of BNTU "Minsk State Architectural and Construction College" a dialogue platform was held on the topic: "Competitiveness is the goal of a future graduate."
The administration and teaching staff of the branch took part in the dialogue platform. The invited guest is Vladimir Yuryevich Shmakov, director of the BNTU branch "Borisov State Polytechnic College", deputy of the Borisov District Council of Deputies, delegate of the VI All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
The participants of the dialogue platform discussed the main results of the VI All-Belarusian People's Assembly held the day before. This large-scale forum was held under the motto “Unity. Development. Independence". Also during the event, the following topics were raised: analysis of the modern labor market, organization of educational activities based on a systematic, integrated approach to training future specialists, etc. We studied in more detail the issue of the peculiarities of the distribution of graduates of secondary specialized educational institutions. Summing up the results of the event, we discussed strategies for training competitive graduates in an open educational space, what should be the training of specialists in order to provide them with the opportunity to realize their personal and professional potential, while meeting the needs of society.
