From the 20th of February 2018 there was a week of the programme “Horizon 2020” in the hall of the hotel “Belarus”. This action was organized as a part of the project EaP PLUS “International Cooperation Network in Sphere of Science, Technologies and Innovations for Eastern Partnership Countries – PLUS”, which is funded under the European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation “Horizon – 2020”.
Young scientists from Technopark of Belarusian National Technical University, who joined the project within the framework COST Action MP1407, Materials, Physics and Nanosciences took part in actions of the Week and were very active. Our representatives with Ekaterina Koroleva as a leader held several interesting and successful meetings with representatives from European Union. Opportunities for researchers of Belarusian National Technical University were discussed with Martin Muller, who is a specialist from European Commission in the issues of Education, Youth, Sport and Culture. Katya Insonia was talking about possibilities for development researchers career. She is a head of the department of scientific and innovative trainings and consulted services (Innovative Technology & Science Ltd., Great Britain).
The high activity and interest of our colleges was marked by Olga Meerovskaya, who is National coordinator of the Programme “Horizon 2020” in Belarus. (Belarusian institute of system analysis and informational security of scientific and technical sphere).
Joining the Programme of European Union – is only start of the way. Participating in this action allowed to value possibilities and scientific potential not only Technopark of Belarusian National Technical University but also some scientists.
