Excursion to JSC "NII Stroyekonomika"

In December 2021, students of the 5th year of the specialty 1-27 01 01-17 " Economics and organization of production (construction) " visited JSC " NII Stroyekonomika " as part of the work of the branch of the department.

The tour was organized and conducted by the head of the laboratory of problems of accounting policy and finance, Yeshchenko S.A. During the production tour, the following topics were considered:

the history of the creation of the organization;
the structure of the research institute and its main activities;
features of the activities of individual laboratories of the institute;
key partners and competitors of SRI Stroyekonomika;
foreign cooperation of the organization;
certain issues of research activities of research institutes;
general issues of the construction economy at the present stage: the economic situation of the enterprises of the construction complex, the export of goods and services in construction, the participation of enterprises and organizations in tenders in the Republic of Belarus and abroad.

The tour was conducted not in the form of a lecture, but rather in the form of a round table. During the story of Sergei Anatolyevich, students actively asked additional questions on the topic under discussion.

The work of the branch of the department is largely associated with the receipt of educational and practical materials developed by RUE "Belstroycenter" for educational and production activities, the organization of industrial and undergraduate practice, the preparation of masters.

Excursion to RUE "Belstroycenter"

In December 2021, students of the 4th and 5th year of specialties 1 70 02 02 " Expertise and management of real estate " and 1-27 01 01-17 " Economics and organization of production (construction) " visited RUE "Belstroycenter" as part of the work of the branch departments. The chief engineer of RUE "Belstroytsentr" Babitsky D.I. organized a tour of the organization. Denis Igorevich also spoke in detail about the work of RUE "Belstroycenter". In particular, the following issues were considered:

history of development of RUE "Belstroytsentr", its structure and main activities;
the formation and activities of the Bestroycenter holding;
the procedure and features of certification of organizations and specialists in the Republic of Belarus and other countries;
the procedure and features of certification of various works, services and products in the Republic of Belarus;
activities of RUE "Belstroycenter" as a management company in the market of engineering services of the Republic of Belarus and other countries;
features of project management in different countries;
engineering services and formation of their cost;
the concept and features of cost engineering when calculating the cost of a project.

After the excursion, a round table was organized, within which students asked their questions regarding the activities of RUE "Belstroycenter", the features of work in this organization and career prospects. The participants of the round table also discussed the topic of competition in the labor market for specialists in the construction industry and career development prospects for young professionals.
