In December 2021, students of the 4th and 5th year of specialties 1 70 02 02 " Expertise and management of real estate " and 1-27 01 01-17 " Economics and organization of production (construction) " visited RUE "Belstroycenter" as part of the work of the branch departments. Chief Engineer of RUE "Belstroycenter"Babitsky D, I. organized a tour of the organization. Denis Igorevich also spoke in detail about the work of RUE "Belstroycenter". After the excursion, a round table was organized, within which students asked their questions regarding the activities of RUE "Belstroycenter", the features of work in this organization and career prospects. The participants of the round table also discussed the topic of competition in the labor market for specialists in the construction industry and career development prospects for young professionals.

In December 2021, students of the 5th year of the specialty 1-27 01 01-17 " Economics and organization of production (construction) " visited JSC " NII Stroyekonomika " as part of the work of the branch of the department. The tour was organized and conducted by the Head of the Laboratory of Problems of Accounting Policy and Finance SA Yeshchenko. The tour was conducted not in the form of a lecture, but rather in the form of a round table. During the story of Sergei Anatolyevich, students actively asked additional questions on the topic under discussion.

On the first day of winter - December 1, 2021, second-year students of the specialty "Expertise and Real Estate Management" of the Faculty of Civil Engineering took part in the work of the republican scientific and methodological seminar "Economics of Real Estate and Valuation", held by the Belarusian Society of Appraisers. The seminar on the topic "SOO of Eurasia and Eurasian standards of valuation" was organized and conducted by the Chairman of the Society of Appraisers, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Nikolai Yuryevich Trifonov. A lot of useful and interesting information: trends in the development of real estate valuation in Belarus, the place and role of valuation in the country's economy and its business environment - all this allows us to understand the essence of the profession of an appraiser, to form the competencies of future specialists

On November 18, 2021, students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering got acquainted with smart home technologies, accompanied by Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Organization of Construction and Property Management, Irina Viktorovna Shanyukevich. Students at AllVision managed to listen in simple words about the complex and “smart” and see some technologies at AllVision, which is a “major player” in its market segment and provides a full range of necessary work related to the automation of both residential and commercial real estate: design, electrical installation , commissioning and programming.

On October 28, 2021, the XXXIV meeting of the Consultative Council on labor, employment and social protection of the population of the CIS member states was held in the city of Nur-Sultan (Republic of Kazakhstan). The meeting was attended by representatives from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, the General Confederation of Trade Unions, the Interstate Statistical Committee and the CIS Executive Committee.

Taking into account the Decision “On the results of the activities of the CIS sectoral cooperation bodies in 2020”, adopted at a joint meeting of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Commonwealth Member States to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth and the Commission on Economic Affairs under the CIS Economic Council on March 29, 2021, at XXXIV meeting of the Consultative Council, it was decided to create a working group to prepare drafts of the Regulations and Rules of the Public Council of the base organization in the field of methodological, organizational and technical support for work in the field of labor rationing - the institution "Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" and the base organization for preparation,retraining and advanced training of personnel on labor rationing - Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU).

Работы 40 студентов дневной и заочной формы обучения оценивало компетентное жюри из 10 специалистов, выпускников БНТУ: экономисты, главный инженер, графические и веб-дизайнеры, маркетологи и архитекторы. В состав жюри от кафедры вошли зав. каф., к.э.н., доцент Голубова О.С., к.э.н. Григорьева Н.А. и старший преподаватель Гусева Л.П.

Ташкент, Узбекистан.

В Белорусском национальном техническом университете 19 марта 2021 года состоялась рабочая встреча участников международного проекта «Трансформация образования в области архитектуры и гражданско-промышленного строительства к устойчивой модели» (TACEESM)

В рамках встречи обсуждались такие вопросы, как анализ проделанной работы, анализ опроса потребностей рынка в области архитектуры и гражданского строительства, повышение потенциала в области изучения архитектуры и гражданского строительства, предлагаемых как на английском, так и родных языках I и II ступени получения образования, развитие инновационной академической среды для программ архитектуры и гражданского строительства посредством сотрудничества с компаниями и промышленной отраслью.

В четверг, 18 марта 2021 года, с 15:40 до 17:15 для студентов специальности 1-27 01 01 «Экономика и организация производства» состоялась открытая лекция кандидата технических наук, доцента кафедры экономики, организации строительства и управления недвижимостью Татьяны Николаевны Водоносовой на тему «Анализ эффективности использования основных средств строительной организации». Занятие проводилось как в очном, так и в дистанционном формате с использованием ИКТ на платформе MS Teams. Благодарим всех присоединившихся к лекции в дистанционном формате!

ФГБОУ ВО «Алтайский государственный гуманитарно-педагогический университет имени В.М. Шукшина» провел Международный конкурс научно-исследовательских работ студентов, магистрантов по теме: «От науки к практике».
