Ph.D. Izatov Vladimir Alievich, director of NPP AVS-N LLC, Novosibirsk, presented a software package for calculating the estimated cost of construction of the ABC-RSTC, which provides the ability to control the cost of an object at 4 stages: design, project examination, contractor's offer and a rigid contract price. Deputy Director Voronin Ivan Aleksandrovich spoke about the capabilities of the AVS-AKKORD software package, which solves the problems of creating, optimizing and controlling the design and construction works (at the design stage) and PPR (at the stage of project implementation with work control). Кинотеатр "Победа" в г. Минске сдан в аренду на 30 лет18 октября 2019 В пятницу студенты гр. 112 031-15 c Григорьевой Н.А. посетили исторический аукцион в Минском городском центре недвижимости. На нем был выставлен - уникальный лот: кинотеатр "Победа" по улице Интернациональной, 20. Жители и гости Минска отлично знают это историческое здание, находящееся в самом сердце города. Лот ушел с молотка в аренду на 30 лет, а это значит, что грядет его реконструкция. Одно можно сказать точно - там и далее будет располагаться кинотеатр. Кроме этого на аукцион были выставлены 76 лотов, многие из которых нашли своих арендаторов. Благодарим Шанюкевич Ирину Викторовну и Тихона Чашенко за предоставленную возможность визита и живую беседу после. Надеемся на дальнейшее сотрудничество! |
